These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Free Mold Training website and related services (“Services”). By accessing our site, enrolling in training, or registering for exams, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
Free Mold Training offers free online mold training materials and paid exam preparation services. Our program includes:
- State of Florida approved Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator licensing exam training.
- Online anytime training materials.
- In-person exam prep review classes and advanced training sessions.
- Licensing exam opportunities in compliance with the Florida Mold Services Division.
Completion of our training does not guarantee licensure or certification unless you pass the required state-approved exam.
2. User Accounts
- You may be required to register an account to access certain features.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payments for exams and in-person training are processed securely through Stripe.
- Pricing is clearly listed on our website:
- $500 per license for 1-day exam prep and exam, or $1000 for both Assessor & Remediator.
- $1000 for 2-day advanced training (per license) or $1500 for both licenses.
- Refund Policy: Refunds available if requested 7 days before the scheduled exam or training session. No refunds once the exams have been accessed. Classes can be rescheduled for a future date without penalty.
4. Intellectual Property
- All training content, materials, videos, text, and course documents are owned by Free Mold Training and protected by copyright law.
- You may use the materials for personal educational purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell training materials without written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse or share training materials with unauthorized individuals.
- Attempt to disrupt or hack our website.
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimers
- Our training and exam preparation materials are provided “as is.”
- We make no guarantees that completion of training will result in licensure. Passing the state exam is your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for errors, delays, or disruptions outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Mold Training and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific training or exam service.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy (see separate page).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Jurisdiction for any disputes will be in the courts of, Broward County.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services if you violate these Terms. Certain provisions (intellectual property, liability, and disclaimers) will survive termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
